Composite Tree
- Composite Trees are conventional stacked trees with field-proven reliability in both onshore and offshore environments.
- Typical Tree configuration comprises of Lower Master Valve, Upper Master Valve, Studded Cross, kill wing & production wing valves, chokes, Swab valves, tree caps, each serves unique functionally.
- Quantity and type of actuation can be provided based on customer requirements. Tubing Head Adapter can be part of Tree section (or) Separate section based on customer preference.
- Delta’s Hydraulically Actuated Valve (DHAV), Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Self-Contained Surface Safety Valves (SC-SSV), and Manual/Actuated Gate Valves are available with wireline-cutting-capabilities. These valves are designed to be fail-safe in an emergency and can be accommodated in the X-Mas Tree as per customer requirements.
- Variety of proprietary hydraulic/ pneumatic actuators, along with torque reducers (gear/motor-operated), are available upon request.
- Chokes can be positive or adjustable depending on the customer requirements.
- Available in different sizes ranging from 2-1/16” to 7-1/16” with full range of trims that meet API 6A criteria for temperature, material PSL and PR.
- Qualified in accordance with PR2F testing as per API 6A and NACE MR0175.
