Delta Corporation (DC) aims to become a global leader in the manufacturing of wellheads and valves, positioning itself as a major player in the oil and gas industry. DC is continuously enhancing its competitive edge both nationally and internationally in the areas of design, engineering, manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, and servicing of wellheads, valves & other equipment for the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas sectors.
To accomplish that, DC is committed to complying with the requirements of national & international Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) management system standards & continually improving its performance through:
- Management’s commitment to ensure QHSE policy, objectives, standards, and procedures are understood by all interested parties.
- Following appropriate legal and customer requirements, adopting the highest and latest technology in its business, minimizing human errors, and encouraging the continual improvement of the QHSE management system, employee performance, internal & external communications, clients’ feedback system, processes, products, and services.
- Its commitment to customer’ satisfaction by providing precise and high-quality products that consistently conform to the pre-defined requirements, applicable legislation, regulations, and relevant industry, legal, and other requirements to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
- Review of its QHSE policy in planned intervals to ensure it is appropriate, well-communicated, understood, implemented, maintained, and available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
- QHSE objectives at relevant functions and levels are established, measurable & consistent with this policy.
- Every DC employee, who is responsible for, and committed to, the health and safety of ourselves, our team, the local community, and all of those who support our daily operations. We are committed and accountable for reducing hazards and risks in our workplace by setting up manufacturing processes to control pollution and prevent injuries or ill health.
- System for ensuring that all people working for or on behalf of Delta Corporation are appropriately informed and trained, and they will act to prevent ill health, injury, damage, and loss, and in prevention of pollution.
- Adaptation of best HSE practices into the day-to-day business life and developing a culture of reporting all incidents and accidents as a basis for improving HSE performance, understanding & and accepting the responsibility and commitment towards conservation of natural resources.
- Its commitment to worker consultation and participation, and where they exist, worker representation in all HSE-related activities.
