Delta Tubing Spool designs ensure compatibility for Single and dual completion. Customized designs based on operational requirements are available upon request. Available in a full range of trims that meet API 6A criteria for temperature, material, PSL and PR. Available with API 6A flange/ Studded connection, API 16A OEC Clamp connection, Proprietary hub connection. Suitable for onshore and offshore environments, for general and sour service and can be integrated with conventional or compact wellhead systems.
During the well life cycle customers might need to convert existing natural flow well to artificial lift for enhanced oil recovery, our tubing spool with wide range of hanger and adapters options can support the change without changing the existing spool.
Features:
- Straight bowl profile with short and long depth variant designed to accommodate wide range of load and pressure applications. Taper bowl profiles accompanied with taper metal seals available upon request designed for high temperature applications. Lockdown screw & Latch type available for Tubing hanger retention and/or pack-off actuation.
- Standard design comes with integral bit guide and integral dual elastomersecondary seals. Detachable Bit guide and Reducer bushing options are also available upon request. Alignment pin provision, control line exit port come as optional features.
