The ‘TC’, ‘STC’, ‘STC-G’, model falls under same slab gate family has a thick solid gate attached to the valve stem with a T-shaped nut, that allows the gate to float, reducing deflection and bending. The float mechanism eliminates the pressure lock and requires minimal torque to operate.

TC Gate Valve
Features:
- Bidirectional Floating Slab Gate, Non-rising Stem Design
- Full bore, Full opening, Through conduit.
- Designed to withstand full differential pressure from both sides.
- Thin flat bonnet gasket design provides a positive sealing for low pressure application.
- Self-energized stem packing doesn’t require any external seal energization.
- Metal-to-Metal Seal between gate and seat, and between Seats and Body.
- Metal-to-Metal back seating feature allows stem packing replacement under pressure.
- No body penetration except grease fittings on the bonnet, minimizes leak path.
- Low break open torque for manual gate valves and optional torque multiplier available for larger size valves.
- Shear pin mechanism on handwheel prevents over torquing to prevent damage of drive train components.
- Simple maintenance and service without the use of special tools.
STC Gate Valve
Designed especially for High Pressure Oil & Gas well applications. Delta offers ‘STC’ Model Gate Valves in sizes from 1-13/16” to 7-1/16” and 2,000 psi through 15,000 psi pressure ratings in various trims and body materials to meet your specifications.
Temperature ranges -20 deg F to 350 deg F (Temperature Class: P to X) Torque multiplier available for larger valve sizes.
Product Specification Level PSL 1, PSL 2, PSL 3, PSL 3G, PSL 4 API 6A, Annex F PR-2F Qualified.
Delta STC-G variant is available for Harsh Gas Well applications. STC-G is advanced variant of ‘STC’ Model with all features inclusive and provided with trash seal design for protection of seat pocket sealing area by preventing the ingress of flow debris and foreign particles.

STC-SHT Gate Valve High Temperature Applications Thermal Wells

DLS-R Frac Gate Valves
Designed especially for Fracturing applications.
DLS-R Gate Valves feature a double line seal design that provides enhanced sealing capability. Delta offers ‘DLS-R’ Model Gate Valves in sizes from 2-1/16” to 7-1/16” and 2,000 psi through 15,000 psi pressure ratings in various trims and body materials to meet your specifications. Low operating torque using thrust bearings.
Temperature ranges -20 deg F to 350 deg F (Temperature Class: P to X) Torque multiplier available for larger valve sizes.
Product Specification Level PSL 1, PSL 2, PSL 3, PSL 3G. API 6A, Annex F PR-2F Qualified.
Features:
- The proven ball screw mechanism and lower stem are incorporated into the DLS-R gate valve to minimize the actuating torque.
- Sealing at the gate-to-seat and the seat-to-body is metal-to-metal.
- The simplified gate and seat design has a minimum number of parts.
- One-piece seats and a slab gate ensure dependable sealing and simplified field service. The gate and seat combination seals in both directions.
- In addition to the metal-to-metal seal between the seat and valve body, two spring loaded, non-elastomeric seals provide maximum protection against intrusion of particle contaminates into the valve cavity, improve gate and seat service life, prevent damage to the body-to-seat seal face, and improve valve performance at very low pressures.
- Stem packing is a pressure energized seal and can withstand severe temperatures and fluids. It is constructed of non-elastomeric material that offers a low coefficient of friction.
- The seal between the valve body and both bonnets is a pressure energized, BX-style metal bonnet gasket.
