Casing Spool
Delta Casing Spool designs ensure compatibility with industry-standard system. Available in a full range of trims that meet API 6A criteria for temperature, material PSL and PR. Available with API 6A flange/ Studded connection, API 16A OEC Clamp connection.
Proprietary hub connection Suitable for onshore and offshore environments, for general and sour service and can be integrated with conventional or compact wellhead systems.
Customized designs based on operational requirements are available upon request.
Features:
- Straight bowl profile with short and long depth variant designed to accommodate wide range of load and pressure applications.
- Taper bowl profiles accompanied with taper metal seals available upon request designed for high temperature applications.
- Lockdown screw & Latch type available for mandrel casing hanger retention and/or pack-off actuation.
- Standard design comes with integral bit guide and integral dual elastomer secondary seals. Detachable Bit guide and Reducer bushing options are also available upon request.
