Hydraulic Actuated Gate Valve ‘ DHAV ‘ Model

The Delta Hydraulic Actuator is designed to be used in conjunction with Delta valve bonnets to provide open and close control for major brands of API 6A through conduit reverse acting gate valves fitted to oil and gas wellheads and production flow lines .

Suitable for offshore and onshore locations and ideal for use in H2S and CO2 applications , the Delta range of hydraulic piston actuators provides a simple and reliable valve automation solution .

These actuators will be available in different piston diameters , suitable for various valve sizes .

Delta Hydraulic Actuated Valves accompanied with Delta Valve types according to the applications and customer requirements.

• TC – Low pressure application Oil wells Recommended 5000 psi & Below.
• STC – High pressure application Oil wells Recommended 5000 psi & above.
• STC-G – High pressure application Gas wells Recommended 5000 psi & above.

Delta offers ‘DHAV’ Model Gate Valves in sizes from 2-1/16” to 7-1/16” and 2,000 psi through 15,000 psi pressure ratings in various trims and body materials to meet your specifications.

Low operating torque using thrust bearings. Temperature ranges -20 deg F to 350 deg F (Temperature Class: P to X) Product Specification Level PSL 1, PSL 2, PSL 3, PSL 3G, PSL 4 API 6A, Annex F PR-2F Qualified. Wire cutting features are available upon request.

Hydraulic Actuators:

• Available in Quick connection & Threaded type.
• SIL-2 Certified design.
• Spring loaded fail to valve close action (Dual Spring).
• All valves shall be supplied with manual overrides in case normal control fails to operate the actuator.
• The valve will close and block the flow if actuator pressure is released, and the closing action is done by using pre-loaded spring(s).
• Actuator is supplied with fusible plugs to shut down the system automatically during fire.
• Pneumatic & Electrical actuator can be provided upon request

Surface Safety Valve ‘SSV’ Model

• Delta Surface Safety Valve is accompanied by Delta Valve types according to the applications and customer requirements.
• STC – High pressure application Oil wells Recommended 5000 psi & above
• STC-G – High pressure application Gas wells Recommended 5000 psi & above
• Delta offers ‘DHAV’ Model Gate Valves in sizes from 2-1/16” to 7-1/16” and 2,000 psi through 15,000 psi pressure ratings in various trims and body materials to meet your specifications.
• Low operating torque using thrust bearings.
• Temperature ranges -20 deg F to 250 deg F (Temperature Class: P to U)
• Product Specification Level PSL 2, PSL 3, PSL 3G, PSL 4
• All valves are PR2F Qualified, in addition to PR2F Qualification all Service Class II & Service Class III valves are sand slurry tested & validated against 6AV1.
• As per API 6A, Performance Requirement Equipment Marking will be Product Class 1, Product Class 2, Product Class 3.
